Shipping & Delivery for Haute Couture
We ship our items via a courier company to any country in the world.
Delivery of your item can take between 4-5 weeks from when the payment is cleared. This is due to once the measurements are confirmed it takes 21 working days to create the dress, 2-3 days for quality check and 4-5 days courier to deliver the dress.
Each individual shipment is insured to the value of the item. A tracking number is provided for the clients convenience.
Weight of an average packed item is approx. 1.5kg
Shipment per item to any country in the world is $AUD22.75. Acacia Label's couriers are DHL Aramex; both providers facilitate a tracking facility for each of the parcel we've successfully delivered.
The buyer acts as a importer when the transaction is complete, and he/she is liable to pay for all postal imports / customs duties

Delivery can be upot 5 weeks if the EveryDay item is on Pre-Order with a stated date for delivery.
